We recognise that our staff are the key to providing a successful support provision. We follow a values based recruitment process to identify the right individuals that align with our ethos and culture. You need to be caring, passionate and dedicated to work in this sector.
Our training is delivered through a variety of methods to meet the needs of our staff team. Our training varies from group training, that is provided by external agencies, professionals and peers and on-line training through initiatives such as the Social Care TV which is an accredited on-line training provider.
Staff members will have regular Supervisions with their Managers/Locality Team Leaders/Senior Support Workers and focus on their own continuous professional development through their Individual Development Plans and Appraisals.
