About Us

We cover the Weymouth & Portland, Purbeck and Dorchester localities.

Darwin has been operational since 2002 and is fully established in the Weymouth and Portland locality. We have built on our core service by expanding into Dorchester and the Purbeck areas. Through the years we have been able to grow slowly and in the right way. We are lucky to support a number of individuals and now employ over 45 staff.

Since the end of 2012 Darwin has been able to make great steps forward with our internal structure and organisational efficiency which has allowed us to achieve our fundamental objective of providing high quality support to all our individuals.

Throughout Darwin’s journey in the Health and Social Care Sector we have gained a variety of skills and knowledge from working with the individuals we are privileged to support. Our job is very rewarding, and Darwin have developed and refined our Interpersonal skills, Communication, dealing with difficult situations, in addition to the day-to-day continual improvement in the management of our accommodation and outreach support services. All of which ensures maintaining the highest Support Standards and offering the best overall quality service possible.
